The flowers weren't delivered until 525pm! This was my sister's birthday present. Surely flowers are delivered in the morning or afternoon. Terrible. I should have used interflora. Local service is bad. It was a special birthday

I was so pleased with the service I asked for some flowers to be sent to a relative in Carlin How as I was down in Berkshire ,they were delivered on time and my relative was very pleased with them.
